1Add fire-roasted tomatoes, jalapeno, onions, garlic, lime juice, cumin, salt, cilantro, and sugar in a blender or food processor. Start pulsing a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency. Season with salt, then adjust other seasonings to taste.
